but if anyone out there is a guide maker, a SF guide would be helpful)
Between Just playing around on the table and reading the rule sheet i was able to figure out most of what needed to be done on this table
EXCEPT how to start a fight
The first page saying complete a fighters combo is baffling imho
and the table lights does nothing to help guide you to what needs to be done
but i finally found this page
(about to go try now)
which explains pretty well how to start a fight, and what needs to be done
regarding the main fight missions

SF2 more difficult than before?

About SF 2 table
ok, i can not really talk about the changes , cause i didn`t
play the fx1 version. But that table is one of my favorite ones

Out of boredom I started playing this table and before I knew it I have played it for about 5 days straight and I find this table extremely tough. Reading through this thread and looking at a video I found on the web from a Zen player Hypno, I can definitely see that the FX 2 version is much tougher. I have had a few attempts with the PFX2 version of SF2 and would have to agree that this table does now seem more difficult.
I have to say that I love PFX2, but of all the table updates this is the one I am slightly disappointed with.
I think just about all the tables in PFX2 are now extremely well lit but the lighting/artwork on SF2 now seems just a smidge too dark imo, making it very difficult to see the ramp entry points. The chrome texture used on the ramp rails also results in some unsightly jaggies now too. Again this may just be down to the lighting levels.
Having said that, I will still be playing it from time to time but I would like to suggest that Zen consider a minor review/update of this table.

I never played zen because i dont have a ps3 so the difference for me from fx1 to fx2 is HUUUGGE.
the problem mentioned in the first post about the akuma ramp not ending properly and the ball bouncing out at the end of the ramp happens to me all the time.
the new physics make this a totally different table and more difficult.

I think I've read somewhere that Zen had implemented a new Physics System with everything in Zen Pinball (PS3) from Mars onwards (so by now only Mars and Paranormal). However, they kept the old Physics System for the older tables.
So I'm guessing that they are using the new Physics System for all Tables in Pinball FX 2 (on 360), which would explain why some of the tables play differently.
(Am I right in assuming that only three of the tables are in both games: SF2, Excalibur & Earth Defense?)

tried this table couple times and had a good score with it 46 mil.
Have to say i had some trouble at first when i started because of the new physics. Hitting the police ramp is more difficult now but hitting the blanca ramp is ver easy. Prevent the ball from draining by hitting the wall at your right with the left flipper. Hit it couple times and the kickbacks will activate.

I've always struggled with this table because the outlanes seem a bit draintastic to me.
I have about 10 friends with this game. I'm in the top 3 on the leaderboard for every table just about, except for this where I'm 7th or something. I just keep losing balls to the outlanes!

SF2 more difficult than before?
I bought Street Fighter II in Zen when released, and didn't play it in the original FX. Just bought it in FX 2 and it seems much harder. Has anyone else noticed that, or am I just rusty?
Specifically, it seems that the ball picks up much more spin than it does on the PS3 (I should play that one again to compare, I suppose). This is especially true when hitting it up the Akuma ramp. In several cases I saw the ball complete the ramp, but then spin so much that it shot off to the right when exiting and didn't make it into the left inlane. I think the extra spin is making many of the shots more difficult - ramp and orbit shots that "look good" seem to rattle around the entrance and fall out pretty often.
