I tried registering over there awhile ago. Seems like a pretty cool forum with a lot of active members but I didn't really like it. I think most of it is locked down except for special club members and registering is not enough to access it.

The guides are good and a lot of top players give input there. I registered and then got access to the guides section. I think Wims also want you to introduce yourself as that is one of the requirements of the forum. If you participate often enough on the forum, then you can also get access to the special members section. I use Google chrome which automatically translates the page into English (or whatever language you choose).
