Cant buy Star Wars Pinball on Windows 8

Hello! I live in Russia and i want to buy this table on Windows 8 from Games app. But when I have only one payment option-credit card. But i dont have one. So how can i buy it? I wanted to buy it with Microsoft Points but i dont have this option. Please help me!
