Problems With 3DS Crashing

Hello. I bought this game on Thursday, Played it once. The next night went to play it and there was an error.

An error has occurred, the system needs to restart. I tried to uninstall and reinstall. Same thing happens. I am not the only one, there are a few over on facebook that have stated the same. Perhaps Zen has not heard about it yet. I really like how Steam has their forums set up where responses happen pretty often, but dug around to find the forums here. Most people on facebook don't realize you guys have one.

Is there any hope I can play this or should I just get a refund?

Hi Pixiey - We're working on this, but in the meantime you can play with the WiFi turned off and crashing should subside. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Oh thank you Barbie!! I will let people know on Gamefaqs that have had issues too!! =) I never even thought of turning off the wifi!

Two weeks and still no update, such a shame...

Hi zenstudios. I know you guys are working on the issue. I just wanted to post here that I downloaded the game tonight and got about 10 minutes of gameplay in. Now it crashes each time after I select which table to play on. Is there any information you'd like from us to report so you can recreate the issues we're having? Just for reference this is what I'm using:

Nintendo 3DS XL - Pikachu Edition
SD Card - Samsung SDHC Class 4, 4GB (came with the 3DS)

We have a patch waiting to be certified, just waiting to hear back when it will be implemented. I'll keep you posted!

In the meantime playing with the WiFi turned off should keep it from crashing.

This issue has been patched in North America and Europe - head to the eShop to download the update if you haven't already.
