Is cross buy for PS3/PSVita/PS4 still active?

Hi everyone,

I recently got back to my pinball games and found that I'm still missing some tables. I own and still use my PS3 and PSVita from time to time and was wondering if the cross buy feature is still active? So if I buy a table for Zen Pinball 2 on PS3, will I still also get the version for PSVita and PS4? Also, does it still carry over to Pinball FX3 on PS4?

I just bought the alien tables from playstation vita and they did carry over to fx3 on ps4.
