Zen Pinball 2 on PS3 FAQ

How is the Vita version going to work, is it going to all be one download, or am I going to have to download all the tables individually? The latter would be garbage!

Also off topic and to pass time waiting for ZP2 for Vita users; a game called Puddle is launching this week. It was made by college students, and it's a great game, only $8, pick it up. Theres also a XBLA and PS3 version, it does get challenging. Im not affiliated but I just like seeing those types of games succeed.

ZP2 will have a demo available for every table, so maybe if you were to purchase a table it will just unlock instantly, but I don't know.

So it sounds like all tables should download with the game! Unless trying a demo meant having to download.

I think it eventually will replace it but not like a patch. It's a stand alone download and I believe it looks for the tables you have and imports them over. Eventually though the leaderboard will reset as all the tables will play differently with the new physics. Graphical improvements a plus.

I will post the date as soon as we get it. ZP2 will not replace it, it will be a separate game

Leaderboards/scores for ZP/MP will remain intact. ZP2 is totally separate but will import any tables you already own.

From what I remember thats part of it, as well as Artwork getting updated and glitches etc. being fixed.

I have to admit, one thing I'd really like to see added to Zen Pinball and PFX is a backglass casing for all tables. Perhaps it's an inconsequential thing from a practical standpoint, but I appreciate being able to see it in stuff like fan made tables in Future Pinball, or in The Pinball Arcade.

The graphics are getting an overhaul as well, along with bug fixes.

Great question, you'll just have to see when we get our release date, which should happen in the next couple of weeks
