IMPORTANT message regarding Zen Pinball 2

I`ve stil got major importing problems with the Zen Pinbal 1 tables (i got em all) and cant import one of them.
Neither on PS3 nor on the Vita i always get the mesage no tables found to import, i still got ZP1 installed could that have an efect on it?
Before i forget you should know i`ve got two sub acounts on my PS3 all ZP1 + 2 stuff has been downloaded from my main acount
wich is on the german psn network.
The Vita also is conected with my main acount.

So I hope this is all the info you ned from me so you are able to give me some tips to help me solve the problem.

Hey everyone! Just a note to explain the turbulence we're experiencing with Zen Pinball 2:

We are aware that some users are experiencing import issues, we are working with SCEA and SCEE to fix this. Please understand that this is a very complicated launch: backwards compatibilty, Cross Buy, a huge library of content across mulitple games, as well as brand new DLC... you can imagine that a lot can go wrong. Please remain patient while we work on these issues From the bottom of our hearts, we apologize for the inconvenience, we know you've been so patient and supportive through the long wait for Zen Pinball 2. We are so lucky to have such great fans!

Also, Fantastic Four will be coming soon, it just needed some extra attention before we could release it. I know you'll all be happy with how far it has come since its original launch!

on PS3 when I try to import tables, I get a message about age restrictions preventing use of PSN. I checked and all my parental controls are off

on PS vita, marvel tables installed ok. classic tables - downloaded unlock pack but tables did not unlock. when try to play them, it has a download table option that goes back to the download unlock option

Are you using a DualShock 3 controller? The Import section doesn't like the PS3 remote and some third party controllers for some reason.

All my issues with downloading and buying tables are now resolved. All the tables are available to me both from the game's menu and from PSN.

my tutorial

well i tried 1st the in game download and getting confused with trial and unlock downloads. i tried but just a few in the upper left corner changed from grey to color.

2nd i tried the psn store (germany, europe) but hmmm it didnt work very well. i checked the game but still the same picture.

3rd i hitted the import button again and then i tried it like this

step 1: get the trial and install it
step 2: get the unlock and install it
step 3: leave the download aera
step 4: wait if the system will find more downloads and repeat step 1 to 3
step 5: if nothing more is available leave the game
step 6: start the game again and see more colored games
step 7: repeat step 1 to 3 / 4 to 6

maybe it will work for you, too.

Okay, I've got every board imported. However, I cannot find the PS3 unlocks for Mars, Street Fighter 2 tribute, or Epic quest tables either ingame or on the playstation store. Anyone else having this problem? Oh! I'm north America

I have purchased the tables and downloaded the PS3 demos for all of them (because in order to import them into zen 2 I first had to download the demos first and then the unlocks). However, I cannot find the unlock downloads for any of them (i.e. Mars, street fighter 2, and epic quest) either ingame or on the Playstation store. I have even gone so far as to check the downloads for every mention of the games themselves (i.e. demos, vita etc.etc.) just in the off chance they might be hidden with them and still cannot find them. Which is rather funny since I own all of the Zen and Marvel tables and imported all of those just fine except for these 3 tables.
