Can't download tables purchased on PS3 on Vita

I purchased and downloaded the table pack which included Ghost Rider, X-Men, Thor, and Moon Knight, and when I try to download those same tables onto my Vita, it is telling me that there are no content items when I click on the Buy Pack button. How do I download my already purchased tables onto my Vita?

edit: I have the demo downloaded but the unlock code is not available.

edit: I was able to get it working by going to the PSN store and downloading the unlock code directly from there. It must be a game bug?
