Spider-Man Table, Crossfire Situation Help(Ps3)

Hey guys, thought i would like to ask some pros if there were any tips on how to get this trophy, i have been trying for hours to get this right, i have the trophy on Marvel Pinball, but i just can't seem to get it here on ZP2.

usually i shoot 2/3 shots for the green goblin stage to almost start, followed by starting stage 2 of Doc oc and immediatly hitting the goblin ramp and starting stage 1.

The strategy i try to use is shooting the orange ball into Doc's tentacles and letting my own ball(silver) drop down the drain so the orange ball will explode, can't seem to get it to work on ZP2.

Anyone got any tips ?

I recommend going with stage 2 for both Doc Oct and the Green Goblin missions. That way you don't have to free the pumpkin bomb from the magnet.

You got the right idea though, but you have to keep a few things in mind.

1.) Doc Oct will only grab balls with his tentacles for a few seconds at the beginning of the mission (2nd stage and onward). Once his tentacles grab the habitrails, he won't grab any more balls for the rest of the mission.

2.) It takes a second (ie 1 second delay) for the game to register a ball drain.

3.) The tentacle animation for Doc Oct grabbing a ball is only 2 seconds long.

The best thing to do is shoot/flip the two pumpkin bombs at Doc Oct, while letting the silver ball drain simultaneously and hope that Doc Oct will grab one of the pumpkin bombs during that time.

I made it with Doc O on Stage 2 & Goblin on a high Stage 7 or 8 , because the Balldrainthing did'nt bring me the Trophie , i needed a Goblin Stage where the Pumpkins explode very fast....

I hate that stupid trophy. For something that's so simple to do is really very difficult. I tried for almost an hour and raged out. I was so close. He put the ball back on the rail right before the game recognized the ball drain. So yeah I lost again. I will get it though!

yeah i really don't like this trophy too i was disappointed when i saw make a return

I wasn't happy that it made a return, but I understand that they had to put the most difficult trophy of that particular table on there. I'm sure we'll get it. I have already beat wizard modes on tables that I have never gotten to on ZP2. I'm talking about Blade, Capt America, Moon Knight, etc. So I feel pretty confident my day is coming.
