Yeah, if it's going to be on Zen Pinball 2, it'll be on a table exclusive to Zen Pinball 2. There's no real reason for them to do a tournament on, say, Blade, that they could have done any time over the last two years.

If it's going to be a Marvel table, it'll be one of the new ones that get released later on. It's more about "advertising the new" than picking which table is best suited for high-level competition.

I hope not. Thats the one table I didn't bother buying.
If it's not Ironman, Blade, or one of the original Zen Pinball tables, I'll pass. But I'm expecting PvZ.

If this Zomboss/Muti-ball thing happens every time, I sure hope not.

    Nope.

There is quite a bit more involved, and it takes some time to get it all set up. The team, Sony (and MS) and I all have to work together to get things rolling. It looks easy from your end because you get to play a fun table and potentially win prizes!

A.) Not possible, since they announce them as soon as Sony approves them.
We DO have one coming up pretty soon, and we got this one submitted early so as soon I can, I will let you all know the dates and table.

If you are on Twitter or Facebook, I always post our tournament announcements there as well as our blog and here on the forums.

Also ZEN doesn't actually host these tournaments,it goes through Sony and any other company or dev.

It would be great if they either:

    a) could be announced earlier

    b) run longer than a week

B.) Not possible, since a portion of the leader boards resets weekly.

It's really easy to miss tournaments if you're not playing on a daily basis anymore...
You don't need to play on a daily basis. You just need to either check these forums or check the tournament tab in the game on a weekly basis.

Tournaments are usually announced (here) and listed (in game) in a week in advance.

    Indeed.
I bought ZP back in January 2011 and the only tourney I managed to play was Epic Quest.
MP on the other hand had many tourneys held.

Let's hope that more of these will happen in the future now that the tables are integrated in one platform!

There are two ways to tell if a tournament is coming.

    1.) On these forums.
2.) Through the game itself. Just click on the tournament icon on ZP2.

The information for an upcoming tournament is usually posted up a week in advance.

The leader boards for the PS3 and Vita versions are one in the same, so the tournaments for the two versions should be the same (all in one).
