I've been playing TZ the past couple of days. It is a lot of fun. I've run into a couple of minor bugs but overall it plays great.

Lol I know, I just wanted to say that in addition, it doesn't bother ZEN to organize a tournament on a bugged table.

All these bugs were notified on Marvel Pinball and ZP1 just after realised dates, but they're back on ZP2, with other new.

To be clear, 13 or 14 tables (the half of the gameroom) were plublished with bugs. Some require to restart : Paranormal, Avengers, X-Men. I mean, it's not a little thing, like a book you can't read on Elder Scrolls : you play 6 hours, then have simply to restart. Others cause big damages on the scoring, and when they are fixed, the leaderboard is not notified, and become useless and insignificant (Fantastic 4, Civil War, Plants).

For me the job is not done, compares to the beauty of the tables.

Ok. I don't wanna be pretentious by saying I'm playing for the leaderboard. It's simply the truth. I begin a game like that, and it's not possible for me to play differently. I don't care to "see my name in lights", but just tease first gamers if I can (leaderboards are clearly oriented for the competition). And to answer you, YES, I really enjoy playing for this reason... if the table is fixed !

Mmm it's not because of places in the leaderboard. Because my english is limited, by "casual" gamer (nothing pejorative), I mean those who play ZP2 & FX2 like a little pinball game. By "hardgamers" I mean those who turn on their console only to play ZP2 & FX2.

            My comment:

Using the games that I play outside of ZP2 as examples, example Madden, NCAA football by EA Sports. Those 2 games, in particular, in just about every year when they fix a bug it has triggered an old bug to come back to life. In the NCAA Football games, some of the bug fixes have triggered old bugs of option pitch glitches, option run defense glitches, and defensive back glitches where the defender runs in the opposite direction of where he should be running. That was what I was referring to in the statement I made earlier. These bugs/glitches I mentioned make the games too easy to play and takes the fun out of it.

I never said there was anything wrong with being competitive. If that's the only reason you are doing so, are you really having fun? I only brought that up because if you are just playing for the competitive nature of it, it will get real easy to get bored with a game or really frustrated with what you see wrong with the game. I have been there, my wife has quit playing particular games because her competitive streak can't accept losing very well.

By the definition you just gave, most of the people who play ZP2 that I am friends with, myself included, are casual gamers. That is because we all play various games. I, myself, have over 125 games to choose from at this time. I currently play 5-6, but that is because of what I am looking for at the time I choose to play games.

Most hardgamers, by your original definition, will pause the game when they have a good score and come back to it later. I play things out as I go. Most pinball games I have last 10-15 minutes. There are some people I think have had games go for a minimum 2-3 hours, then take a break and come back to it later.

Yes of course, it's a friendly competition and I always feel the fun, fortunatly. The community is nice, first players are all my friends and sometimes we share our tips. It's still a game, not a frustration. But for exemple, I don't see how I could play Fantastic 4 again, my game could last 8 hours to finish 50th because of the glitch. Here is my real frustration : to have not the possibility to play Fantastic 4 anymore (and soon Civil War, for the same reason).

I precisely share many tips on my forum to make new addicts and new friends who share this passion :when you know exactly what you have to do, some tables are just incredible. And then, you become excited with a simple pinball game, as you can do it with big productions like Call of Duty.

You know I explained these bugs and leaderboard problems, because I'm in love with ZP games.

I think bringing back the old view 6 would be a great idea and would go really well with the new middle-angle fixed-camera view I requested here.

More love for fixed-camera views please!

                  BTW- Lmao @ "vomit view"!

                          Hi Zen,

                          I agree with Wims.
You have done a great job with the new Starwars Pack, but some bugs come quickly spoil the game experience.

You definitly need to give more time to beta tests.

I have recently bought the table "Epic Quest" on Androïd.
What a lovely surprise to discover that the hole CAVE which is supposed to activate a fight is not working, SERIOUSLY!
How can You release a version like that?

I do like your game physics/graphics/sounds but You now have a number of tables bugged.
That could permanently affect the way players (who first have supported You) perceive your work.

hello, Being a regular player of your game (and owning all tables) I second WIMS entirely in his request.
Even though i understand the problem that resetting scores on some tables may cause people, you have to admit it remains dishonest and penalizing to other players to see some score by using glitches.
Rewarding players that use some tables' "glitches"("cheaters") and therefore penalizing players that are fighting fairly is something i can not understand, and that goes against fairplay and game enjoyment.

Patching tables that frequently display bugs that require a play restart might also be worthy. Your game in my opinion is one of the best games available on xboxlive, but gaming pleasure is somewhat ruined by the frustration of restarting games due to a bugs .

                              Hi again.

For the moment I've played 5 games on ESB :

                              - first are to test, then check the wizard mode.
                              - 4th game : I get a empire wizard and when I press launch button, the music and all the table freeze.
                              - 5th : same thing.

Unfortunately almost every game has bugs in it. Problem is Sony charges companies for issuing a simple patch. They better change some of their policies because it could possibly keep great indie games from small developers from even trying on the PS3. Not to mention they have some kind of back-end fees. Neither Apple or Android charge for patches. That is why you see more and more smaller developers going mobile.I for one will pass on the PS4 until they hit the mass market price of $299.99. They even doom their own Vita.It costs $159.00 to make one and only Japan has discounted theirs. Not to mention 100 dollar memory sticks.Sorry if I went off-topic but that's one reason Zen doesn't just patch something right away.
