PS: I don't know if the 0810 in your name is your birthday, but we have the same bday if so.[/QUOTE]

Nah. My birthday is April 8th, but you do share a birthday with my anniversary.

    And that's the bottom line.

I'm all for the 360 players getting the ports and A Christmas Miracle.Good for them. But the PS3 players are once again getting a raw deal and fall even further behind in the table count. It is not fair nor balanced.Zen prefers the Xbox community. It is what it is, can't change it but will certainly not approve either.

The few things that have always bugged me about microsoft have been various reports that they want developers to release multisystem downloadable games either at the same time, or first on XBLA. Or how much they charge for patches for games on their system as reported by the developers of Fez, as well as Farsight for Pinball Arcade. It just seems that since they have a larger installed user base, they appear to dangle that fact in front of smaller developers. I know it's all about business, and a lot of it's probably hearsay. It will be interested how it all carries over to the next generation, especially with the the competition of tablets, smartphones, and Valve wanting a living room style PC for playing games cutting into the console market. I like that there are very few 3rd party console exclusives at the end of this generation, other than timed DLC.
I always regarded Microsoft's treatment of users, developers, and competition with respect to the 360 as pretty cold. I can only imagine what abuses of power they'll take next gen if they gain an even larger lead over their competitiors. I'm keeping away from next generation because i'm outgrowing most games and I don't like where the industry is headed. I'll keep picking up the tables for PS3 as long as they continue to release them and i'll still have a Mac/iPad which hopefully Zen will continue to support. Don't let me down Zen .

Others are interpreting this as 360 gets our toys and keeps their own as well. The second scenario is the one that makes some jealous.

Personally I think it is fantastic news that Zen is working on bringing these tables to us. This is probably the most requested thing I've seen on this forum and we finally get some news it may happen and we have... people upset about it because 360 might get the Zen tables first?

    Seriously?

It may be dated but playing the older FX1 tables would be pretty cool IMO. Any table that I haven't played before would be welcome. Heck even in TPA there are many players that prefer the classic Black Hole, Gorgar, and Big shot over the modern table like Twilight Zone and others.

Nightmare mansion is easy. However, if you have to defeat all of the monsters, then the difficulty would definitely be up. I love Nightmare Mansion. It's sweet!

I agree. I would just want the core PBFX 2 tables as well. It shouldn't be too surprising the Zen Pinball Classics are being released on the 360 since they have been announced for the WiiU as well. I'd like to see all tables for all systems. (Understandibly, system licensed character themed tables excluded, such as Ms. Splosio Man, and maybe Mario someday on the WiiU?)

I wouldn't want Zen to downsize their quality to put out a table every month. I love the fact that they treat these tables like their babies and care for them and construct them to the best quality they can.

Don't worry, Parathod. We are definitely getting some tables next year. That's why I'm excited and not really concerned with what's going on here.

I used to be vocal about the whole 360 and PS3 debacle a while back on the forums, but now hearing all of the exciting stuff that's planned for next year supersedes any little thing I fretted over. I don't care anymore. I love that the Xbox folks can finally partake in what the PS3 has had. Tesla, El Dorado, and Shaman were just too great to keep to ourselves. Others need to experience it.

Another reason why I haven't really spoke about this is because Zen already knows the PS3 folks want tables from the Xbox, so its not like they don't know. Barbie has been doing great as a community manager with keeping us updated with information she could have easily kept to herself until it was time to announce it. No need to spread any hate. Take that frustration and go and kill your previous score on that particular table that caused you extreme rage.
