Ngs2 ps vita trophy issue

There seems to be an issue with the 30 crystal skull trophy not being granted. i have 36 skulls and no trophy?? i mentioned this in a previous post and really hoped it would have gotten fixed with the latest update? but it hasnt. had 35 skulls. played got one skull. no trophy?? please look into this. and YES. it seems as online over VITA is busted or im the only person in the usa trying to play??

I feel like some of the trophies are glitched on the Vita as well, such as the successful bangback with the CA ball on Avengers (I've done it countless times, rolling back behind the flipper and it still doesn't pop) and the Shaman super combo trophy (I could have sworn I did it yesterday, the announcer said "awesome" or "amazing" 3 times in a row). I'm not too sure, though. That crystal skull one is weird, definitely should have popped. And yes, there is something wrong with the online feature, I and a few others have addressed concern over it.

I wonder what the issue is then. Only on a few tables is where I ran into some bugs that require me to finish missions. Like hitting right ramp on Capt. America table while trying to save Bucky, or on Blade where I'm ambushing a vamp and one of the ramps or orbits don't register the hit. Things like that.

Make sure the ball save is not activated. Apparently, trophy doesn't pop if it is. As for the other two, I'm not sure about them, but I think I read somewhere about a glitch on the crystals. Ill see if I can find it again, and post a link.

Well i for one am just surprised not to get a response from someone officially from Zen. they are usually on top of these fourms?? this is a disappointment. game goes mobile And there goes support...smh.

You forgetting two major factors and they are both related to "time".

1.) You made the post on a Saturday. Zen is closed on the weekends. Sometimes the reps will stop by, but it's on their own time.
2.) There's a little thing called the Holiday Season (Christmas, Winter Solstice, etc...) and most people are taking their vacation time now.

2.) There's a little thing called the Holiday Season (Christmas, Winter Solstice, etc...) and most people are taking their vacation time now.
