PS4 leaderboards - says im not logged in

Really enjoying Zen Pinball on PS4 already but got one problem. I cant access the online leaderboards because it says I'm not logged in. However, I'm logged into PSN so I'm not sure what the problem is...

Thanks for the reply. I logged out, turned the PS4 off fully, but it still thinks I'm not online. It imported my PS3 tables no problem, but if I try to download the demo of, for example, the latest Star Wars tables (which I don't own), it wont let me as it thinks I'm offline. I've checked, and the PS4 is definitely connected and i'm logged in

Okay - anyone who is having login issues please try the following:

Log out from psn without leaving the game, then sign in. Do not restart the console, the game should be running in the background while doing so.

Let me know if this works.

This solution did not work for me. ZP2 on PS4still says I have to go online for MP or that I have to sign in to see friend, team and pro scores. This is a very annoying bug!

Yes I did. It did not work at first, but the next time I played ZP2 the game saw I was online. Apparently, the problem does not occur every time. It was the same the day before.

I'm having the same issue, but found a work-a-round.
When ZP2 say you're not logged in, go to Settings->Network->Test internet connection. After the test has finished and you return to ZP2, you'll be logged in!

i just registered to this forum to say i'm having the same problem with zen pinball, says "You have to sign in first to find your results compared to others!"

But i am signed in, i tried logging in/out, and didnt work, i did the internet test connection thing mentioned earlier and it worked for a match or two, but then it signed me out again somehow,

unfortunate since i finally beat my buddies score & suddenly i wasnt logged in and my top score wasnt being registered with my friend leaderboard, but was the top score in my personal leader (world war hulk, have 23 mill in local highscores, cant see my friend leaderboard at moment but before my 3rd best local score was registered as my best vs my friend, I hope that makes sense

just went to buy Epic Quest and while online says i am not able to purchase since i am not online... most unfortunate, lol all good i'm drunk, will refresh screen in 15 min to see if anyone figured out the glitch. good luck

Thanks for the reports everyone - I'll let the team know that the workarounds aren't doing the trick very well.
