  • Help please Barbie!

    This morning I used the PlayStation store website to buy the new Star Wars pack and the Doctor Strange tables (sorry it's taken me so long).
    When I put the PS3 on this evening to grab them from my download list, there was nothing there. It is showing the trials, but no unlock keys.
    The purchase shows up in my transaction history, and my service list, but not the download list. I have tried using the download list through the actual store, but there is nothing there either. I have also tried downloading the tables through the games main menu, but it is asking me to pay for them again.
    I have just contacted Sony PlayStation's help desk, but unfortunately they were unable to help and advised I contacted you.
    Your help would be greatly appreciated. I'm really looking forward to finally playing these tables, which all look brilliant!

    First, make sure you're logged in with the same account you used to purchase the tables (they won't transfer between sub-accounts). Also make sure you didn't accidentally buy the Vita or PS4 versions of the tables. If that's not the issue, try downloading the demo for each table you purchased, restart and see if that helps.

      I'm definitely on the right account, using this account I can see them on my service list. I've gone through the download list on the store website, which shows them to be the PS3 version.
      I downloaded the demo's as you suggested, but still no luck. I then tried deleting the game completely and installing all of it again but it didn't make any difference.
      I'm completely out of idea's and Sony offer no assistance whatsoever.

        Can I please get some assistance with this? After several attempts Sony are still refusing to help, constantly informing me they do not do refunds. Despite the fact I am clearly not asking for a refund, I just want the items I have paid for. Time and again I am asked to contact you ZEN.
        I can happily forward emailed receipts of my purchase, and screen shots of my service list/transaction history if it would help.
        Please help!

          Did you re-download them from within the game or directly from the PSN store?

              Anyone else have this problem that was able to resolve it? On PS4 there is an option to restore licenses, but I can't find anything similar on PS3 as I go through the menus. New goal - make friends with someone in the Sony customer service dept to have on speed dial...
