PS4 problem

I downloaded Zen Pinball 2 from the store, when i try to open the the APP its says i don't have permission, and there is a lock symbol on the app.

I had the same problem. Restarting the system worked for me.

I had same issue, uninstalling, restarting did not work for me. Was giving me the error: ce-34880-3.

Here is the fix:

Settings, PSN, Restore Licenses, wait for it to finish, it should be unlocked and playable now.
