  • PS3 to PS4 upgrade. Users?

I bought ZP2 on PS3, which had 3 users registered on that machine (different family members). The Main user bought the tables, however they were available to all users on the PS3 system.

I have now bought the PS4 and downloaded ZP2 and all the tables I had bought on the PS3 using the original Main Account. This Main account can see all of the tables but the other users can only see Sorcerer’s Lair. They are the same users as on the old PS3 system but we now cannot have our own high scores as we used to do in the past.

I would like all users on the same PS4 to be able to access all the tables. Is it possible that this is going to happen in the future please?

Good thing you posted it here to let Zen know. All PS4 local players should have access to the content on the console, as long as the main purchasing profile is registered on the console. Maybe they can fix this in a patch.

Odd - I kind of assumed if it was on the PS4, everyone who had an account on that PS4 could access it, but I could be wrong. I'll check

Ok - looks like the main account has to be set to the primary account on your PS4 in order to share your content with the other users on the account. Hope that helps!

Importing Zen Pinball tables from ps3 to ps4

I have had Zen Pinball on my PS3 and upgraded to the new ZEN Pinball2 and added a purchased starwars pack. I thought this would be the logical way to do this BEFORE importing the old tables into the PS4. They all work fine on the PS3 and I have both the old Zen Pinball and the new Zen Pinball2 on my PS3 all working.

I then went to my PS4 and downloaded the Zen Pinball 2 upgrade (along with the Starwars pack from the store) - how do I get my old tables (played on the PS3) onto the PS4?

          Thanks

Start up Zen Pinball 2 on your PS4 and on the game's main menu press the square button. This will activate the Import Tool and the game will take care of the rest.

Yes I have tried to press the square button but it doesn't see any tables to bring across from the PS3 and I can't see the 'classic' tables on the store either when looking with the PS4.

Either it cannot be done or I am missing something? Do I need to have the PS3 turned on at the same time - haven't done this yet?

              Thanks for trying to help

The "classics" was not brought over to the PS4 so they're not availble.

I think I downloaded most of them (if not all) from the store. I have two accounts (EU/US) and one of them was missing content until I went through the whole connect to PSN and add as primary console routine but I don't know if it was a coincident or don't.

                  Help! I want free games!

My PS3 stopped working because my family left it on for hours paused on Netflix while they left the house. Yellow light of won't turn on.

They felt bad and bought me a PS4. I have games purchased on my PS3, Zen Pinball games. I bought all kinds of games, but never downloaded ZP 2. I didn't see the need as I could play all of the games without using up more memory. I bought every board available on PS3.

Is there any way to get the PSN to think I downloaded Zen Pinball 2 onto my PS3? Because then I should be able to unlock those boards for free on my PS4. I went on the PSN and "purchased" ZP2 for my PS3. Right now it's in my download queue for the Sony Entertainment Network. Is there anything else I can do?

                  Thanks!

                  Mike

Yes, you can go into your account via your PC, add the PS3 versions to your cart (they'll be free if you already bought them) and then you should be able to import onto PS4.

Today I went to my nephew's PS3, logged in with the SEN account that I used to buy the Marvel games on my PS3 and download Zen Pinball 2 on my PS4, and downloaded Zen Pinball 2 on his machine. So now I have downloaded ZP2 for PS3, purchased Paranormal and other games on the PS3, downloaded ZP2 and the demos on my PS4. Should I simply press square when I have Paranormal open to get it to import for free? Cause I try it and get "There are no boards to import."

                      Thanks,

                      Mike

Try restoring the licenses on PS4: Settings > PSN > Restore Licenses and that should unlock it.
