Purchased table, won't unlock, tried troubleshooting (PS4)

I purchased plants vs zombies, downloaded the unlock, installed it, it won't unlock

- Restored licenses, no help
- logged out and restarted, no help
- deleted and redownloaded/installed the unlock, still NOTHING

I am getting extremely frustrated

At least to let you know you're not alone, I'm having the exact same problem. I was able to install *some* of the tables by going to Library on the main screen, going to Zen Pinball 2, and clicking around on tables I own. This was the only way it worked for me. Still, it didnt work for all of them.

Try hitting the import button to see if they'll pop that way.

Did the purchase go through successfully? Does it show as "free" on the PSN store for you or does it still have a price on it?

Exactly the same problem for me except with the Star Wars Balance pack.
Very Frustrating, it also has the you need to log in bug for trophies and leaderboards ets which is a pain in the butt, I am clearly logged in and playing numerous other online games no problems.
I can get around it with the test internet connection whilst the game is running in the background workaround, but seriously.
Sorcerers Lair works perfectly and is bloody brilliant especially in 3d.
Can we get some sort of fix please or a refund?

I worked it out, the download section is a little confusing.
You have to download the trial version and the unlock file.
The trial version is the actual game content and the unlock just unlocks it, pretty silly mistake but could probably be a bit clearer.
I hope this helps a few people.
The tables are great, Return of the Jedi is probably the best looking.
