I haven't seen anything recently about the Pro Score on ZP2. I was trying to explain it to a friend last night but then realized that I didn't grasp it fully.
First off, major improvement over Super Score on PBFX2 - which just adds up all your high scores I believe. Pro Score rank value per table is based on a curve of your % against others who have played that particular table. Higher values are given if more people played that table (i.e. the 10th highest score out of 500 people for a newly released table will yield a lower value than the 10th best score out of 10,000 people...) So, it does a much better job of showing one's skill overall compared to the old Super Score.
I thought there was a max value of 1000 points per table but noticed last night that someone has over 26,000 points and am confused. I have 19,867 and was in the 15th spot overall late last night. Could the max values please be explained?
Also, I think that many might miss the Pro Score leaderboards all together as it's kind of hidden. You have to go to Scoreboards, then navigate with the right stick to the right a few pages before you see it. It should have it's own icon at the bottom of the screen ready to call up easily for people to see where they rank.
And when it shows your friends Pro Scores, the global rank should be before their score to give perspective instead of just a random number like 15,000 points.
Love the new super league football table and one more random note - if a table has a saved game waiting, it would be ideal if there was some indicator on the thumbnails when we're viewing what table to play that there is a game waiting to be completed. Even implementing just a green dot in the lower left corner of the thumbnail would help. I sometimes forget where I left off or that I have a game from a few weeks ago...
Lastly, Will PBFX adopt the superior Pro Score instead of the Super Score when it gets updated?
