PS4 Zen Pinball Pro Score and Leaderboard Help

My roommate and I share a PS4 and I just got into zen pinball 2 and have downloaded a few tables. When I play my pro score and my leaderboards are both accurate, but when my roommate plays his pro score for the table always comes up as ? and his scores do not come up on the Leaderboard (friends) or the pro score (friends).

He is able to play on my paid tables if I am logged in as well and I could see some problems arising because of that leaderboard wise, but even when he plays on Sorcerer's Lair (which is free) he still does not get a pro score.

Any ideas why this could be?

That is weird... when he's logged into his account, have him log out and back in, if that doesn't work, try a network test. Let me know how it goes
