Marvel Pinball Import?

I have a bit of a multi question.

First of all, if I were to purchase the Civil War and/or Vengeance packs via Marvel Pinball on PS3, do I need to have already unlocked the standard Marvel pack first? I'm honestly not too interested in the Spider-man/Iron Man/Wolverine/Blade pack but like the others.

Second question: Would I be able to import Civil War and/or Vengeance packs into my PS4? They're not available on the PS4 store, but I really want them and play the Avengers Chronicles packs rather regularly.

Anybody know what if I have a chance here?

You don't need any other packs to unlock the Civil War table or the Vengeance and Virtue pack in Marvel Pinball on PS3. Unfortunately they can't be imported to PS4, as they are not available there. Sorry.
