  • Can't play on PS4

I purshased Deadpool on my PS3 with no problem but it doesn't work at all on my PS4. The table keeps grayed out even if I have downloded the demo and the Unlock file. I tried to delete and reinstalling the files but it's still not available.

Here are a few screenshots from my Ps4 of so you can better understand my problem :

Try going to Settings > PSN > Restore Licenses and that should unlock it.

Already tried that but I can't restore licenses because I get an error message CE-33945-4. The weird thing is that I can't even play the demo version even though it's downloaded. I tried with Epic Quest witch is the only table I didn't already own and I get the same problem

I looked up that error code on the support page and it says: "Connection to server failed: The PS4 was unable to connect to the server."

You might try running a network test on your PS4 and see if that helps.

          Internet

Yes I get this when Im in my other room, for me its due to low internet signal as wi-fi signal has to travel through 3 walls to my bedroom. The only way I can enjoy Zen is to move my setup into my front room. Their is another way of solving this by buying a booster box to strengthen your signal or if possible use a wired connection.

Another way is to buy two of these adapters. They use your power lines to create a wired connection. It works really well from my experience.

Note: The link takes you to the US version of the adapters.
