Pinball Flipper Lag

With a lacking of settings I cannot alter the sensitivity on my flippers (PS4) on a small screen the flippers are on the money but when I move to my large tv there is a bad delay from button press to flipper action which causes lost ball has anyone else had this problem and is there a solution to the problem.

Most HDTVs have a "Game mode" in the settings that you can enable. This will usually resolve most issues with screen lag.
