Is Street Fighter 2 not Cross-buy?

I just downloaded the new batch of Zen Pinball 2 tables on my PS4. Since I had bought every table released in the past, I was able to download all the tables into my PS4 without issue.....except one SF2. I purchased it on my PS3 ages ago, so im not sure why it only allows me to download a demo for free and tries to charge me for the full table. Was Street Fighter 2 excluded from cross-buy for some reason? Maybe this is just a glitch. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

We're working on fixing this, as it should import if you already purchased. I'll post any news/updates in this thread
