Need help from Zen Team about Fantastic Four

  • Need help from Zen Team about Fantastic Four

    I have gone round and round with Sony about this table. It is still grayed out even though I purchased it and when I try to play it tells me to download and play. Guess what? It's already installed! I have done everything I can do, Rebuilt the database, deactivate/re-activate the console, check my own modem, etc. I can't even restore my licenses and the dips at Sony says it's my fault even though there's a big thread at the PS4 support forums. The error code is CE-33945-4. Basically it's not connecting to that part of the server and my p/plus icon has gone missing. And if that wasn't enough they refunded my money and I tried again with the same results. I re-downloaded everything as well. Is the total size of all the patches to date omly 70mb? So I must ask others as Sony also employs people who may or may not be illegal aliens as a couple of them I could not understand. Now that I have asked for the mighty $2.99 refund twice now they have to do their thing. I don't think anyone there has a clue. The one lady said power-cycling is logging out and back in. I mean come on! So I need to ask the Zen team if they can figure anything at all out. 5 times today for a total of 110 minutes just to try to play a table. Please help me if you can. Thank you. Now I am afraid to download tomorrow's awesome table.

    Wow... really sorry you had to go through all that. Is it just F4 that's giving you trouble? Other tables download & play just fine?

      Yes all other tables I own downloaded just fine. Any of the other grayed-out ones I am not going to try right now. It's just weird, but I know of others that are having the same problem with dlcs. Like the Battlefield maps and stuff. The restore license error still exists as of today. I don't know if they broke something with their updates, but I haven't really had to use this function before so how long it's been out is anyone's guess. So to be perfectly clear when I deleted (twice) Zen 2 and then re-downloaded all tables there wasn't a problem on any other table. Thanks for any help, because Sony isn't being helpful at all.
