Please help - platform problem on PS4

Hi Zen. My PS4 had a power issue and Sony sent me a new system. I'm re-downloading all my games and all is fine except for Zen. In the store, when you click on a game (that I own), under the logo square there is a rectangle that says "DOWNLOAD". But for Zen Pinball 2, it just says "Purchased" with no where for me to click on and download the platform. I've tried different things and have searched this issue to no avail.

Only the tables are available to download but with no platform they're useless.

Please help, it's been 2 weeks with no ZP2 and I'm ready to go!

Thank you Gustauve. I thought that would work but still cannot download or find the platform.

I activated my original PS4 as my primary PS4. It died so I couldn't deactivate it. This one won't let me set it as primary unless I deactivate the original which is now not possible. I wonder if this is causing the issue...but all other games re-downloaded fine.

I'll call Sony later today.

Resolved.

Interesting that they had me go to the PS store online from my computer. Signed in and went to My Downloads. Shows entire history for PS3/4 which was cool to see. Found the ZP2 main app/platform, clicked "download to PS4" and voila - all good.

They also deactivated my original system.

Psyched. Major gaming night ensues.
