Deadpool "Mischief in #"?

So I had a 20-minute long marathon on the Deadpool table and I was wondering something:

During normal play (non-mission) there is a number at the right of the screen with the words "Mischief in" above it. I was wondering what the heck this meant, because I have been playing the table for forever and I have never seen what happens when "Mischief" reaches 0. Maybe it has to do with the "increasing Jackpot" mechanic?

Not sure it is score related at all, seems more like just Deadpool messing about. When the timer runs out he either chucks things at you and the screen wobbles or sticks up one of your upper flippers for a bit. There are a few other things he does but none of them interfere with your game that much. Or maybe I'm missing something?...
