Scoreboards (Friends) Reset?

Hi,

I just sent a friend request to "cilinderiren". Came to this thread when I was searching for a answer to the question if the friends-scoreboards for PS Vita and PS3 couldn't be joined, because all my scores and number of tables played from PS3 are being used in calculating my Pro-Score, but the Pro-Score of my friends are missing (PS3-Users only).
So now I read that this is a bug of some kind and the scoreboards etc. for PS3 and PS Vita are not divided, is that correct?

I didn't have a chance to fully check it out, but after the new vita system update, some, maybe all, of the scores now show up on Friends Scoreboard.
