Simple question about scoreboards

So guys: does all the platforms and consoles have the same scoreboards? If not, how do they work? I even don't know if ps3 and ps4 have the same scoreboards, but it looks like xbox and playstation don't have it. But I don't know for sure.

I don't think interaction between any Playstation and Xbox games are even possible. I think that the Playstation versions do have the same leaderboard but I'm not sure.

They don't have the same scoreboards - sorry! If I remember correctly, PS3 & Vita share leaderboards, everything else is separate.

Heheh. Thank you. Well, it could be different.. but I really don't mind. I'd just like to know for sure if that's really how it is. Could you please ( you or anyone ) confirm this information for me? I would appreciate it very much!!
