Unable to download ps4 Walking Dead table after purchasing on ps3

    Unable to download ps4 Walking Dead table after purchasing on ps3

    On zp2 on ps4, it recognizes I own it and shows "Download and Play" but then says "no content found".

    When I look it up via the ps store, it just says "purchased" and won't let me unlock/download.

    Is this one of those things that will correct on itself in a short time or do I need Barbie to help here.

    My psn is djb5f.

    Try a license restore in your PS4 settings, if that doesn't do the trick, go to Related Items on your PS4 dashboard and it should be there ready to install.

      Thanks Barbie. Not sure what a license reset is but I was able to push square button and find the import/download list. It was odd that the names did not match up with the image for any of the downloads but I was able to load it (even though it had a Plants vs. Zombies image next to the Walking Dead name).

      I then bought 14(!) tables and none of them showed on ps4 even after trying the trick above BUT I have a secondary psn account I let my kids play on and they were there! Once I went back to my main account, they were all there so all is good!
