  • Zen Pinball Classics won't import

I bought the Zen Pinball Classics (including the V12 table) through the PS Vita so I could also import them into the PS4. When I attempted to import the tables from this bundle into the PS4, it unlocked the tables. However, for each table in this bundle that I attempt to play it says, 'Download and Play' (I already have the trial installed). When I click this button, it leads me to a blue store screen that says 'No content found'. At this point, I can't play these tables and I am unable to get them imported properly.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zen Pinball to no effect. The problem resurfaced immediately on install. How do I fix this?

    Thanks.

Welcome to the Zen forums, Commorancy!

You might want to try going to the "Related Items" on the PS4 dashboard under the Zen Pinball 2 game. You should be able to download it there. Hope this helps.

I've tried that. No joy. It still won't play them. I find this whole buy-on-the-Vita-and-import-on-the-PS4 system a big pain. It rarely seems to work properly.

Have you tried doing a license restore on your PS4?

What do you mean by a license restore, how do you do that?

I also have trouble getting the tables to register in PS4 after purchasing in ps3. It recognizes that I bought it and states "Download and Play" instead of "Buy Table", but every time I click on that, it states "Content not found".

So I go to import Tables (square button) and see my long list of table downloads, and then scroll down to the button. Look for the text of the table you are trying to get to work, don't look at the icon as it is always wrong and a different, random table it seems. Click on the download button.

This usually works but not always. I bought Mars (which is among my least favorite tables btw) and did these steps and still fought it for 30-45 minutes of deleting the add-on, and re-installing, alternating trying from method above and from my library add-ons for the game, rebooting ps4, before I finally got it to recognize, a frustrating customer experience to say the least!

But then I bought Epic Quest (which I really enjoy btw) a couple of days later and of course had to do the steps above but I guess I was fortunate that it worked that way without the additional 30-45 minutes of aggravation unlike Mars. OP, if you keep trying, it will eventually register. I know that isn't ideal but....

Go into your PS4's settings and choose the "Restore Licenses" option. That usually does the trick and should pull any missing DLC

Restore licenses worked for me. Though, I'm a little confused as to why this is necessary. It seems the import tables system should automatically get these? Thanks for the tip.
