Import tables problem on ps vita

Yesterday I had to format my ps vita sd card and today I tried to import my tables back. Portal, walking dead and Deadpool tables would not pop in the menu after hitting square to import all tables. Nor can I download from ps store again. I tried delete zen pinball 2 from my card and re download but again, no portal or walking dead (I have purchased both).

I tried to hit the buy table button but I get a message "no content available at this time". A lot of my other tables are imported just fine, specifically star wars, south park etc.

What should I do to restore all my tables ?
