Zen pinball 2 Vita Install error C2-12383-7

I bought my Vita yesterday and i was excited to download and play Zen Pinball 2. I have a great WIfi connection and over 2GB of space on my vita card. I download it with out issue but I keep getting an error C2-12383-7 when I try to install it.

Any help would be great as I've looked on google and other PlayStation forums.

This is being investigated - I'll post if we find any resolution or workaround

LWH1993 in North America, although it looks like the issue is now fixed after rebooting and redownloading
