Well today I managed to beat the Wizard Mode, and put up just over a Billion high score. Here's my query - the Ms. Marvel Mode.. does it automatically being upon completion of Missions like Spider-Gwen for example?

Yes, I think the Ms. Marvel mode automatically starts after successfully completing Spider-Gwen, America Chavez, or Hawkeye modes. I can't remember if it starts after Bombshell. I know it doesn't start after the Grimm video mode.
