And they DON'T HAVE this information. Buyin' a table e.g. in the Playstation Store Sony don't give Emails or real name to companies like Zen Studios. Same for other systems like Nintendo or Xbox.

I believe this is just an excuse. Look what Bungie did with destiny two. All payed content and characters and character progress could be accessed across steam, Xbox, PlayStation and even stadia. Companies don't want to put in the work when they can just pulled shady things like the ticket system

Xbox is Microsoft as well as windows as signed with the same email. Fx3 is in the Microsoft store and syncs with thr xbox and pc with tables and scores. If zen had you do your own sign in with them then it wouldn't matter what platform you were on to import tables as it is the same zen or epic login. I'm testing on my laptop but will play on my console as my laptop takes too much power and horrible battery life vs my Xbox that I have an extra in my car with an asus xg17. Zen pinball for android makes me use Google for login which is the same email but won't sync with the Xbox. I was gonna bite the bullet and buy the new tables for this release at 33% off but not if it won't transfer to the Xbox. If they let you import tables but have you choose to upgrade that table at an additional cost then that would solve the upset about people having to repurchase. The current scenario will either cause separate apps to be used while the new one for new tables people don't have or people will not use the new out of anger.if the reason for buying over again is for the cost of tables being rebuilt then give us an HD table option within the app while using our old bought ones in the meantime. Same ass they sell pro physics upgrade. So many tickets per table gives the update version.

    Account across multiple platforms

    Hi all,

Sorry if this has been asked before, just wondering if there was a reason your account is not sync'd across other platforms.

For example my account on steam which I have purchased tables for has 1 account and then when I try and link on my switch it displays a completely different login.

It would be good to get you account across multiple platforms that and I'm reluctant to continually purchase the same pinball machines across several systems.

Is there something I'm missing, is this not implement and are you looking at implementing this at all?
