Can't access purchased Pinball FX 3 Williams tables from Steam

I purchased the Indiana Jones table as well as a separate Williams Pinball pack from Steam (Wimdows) but they are still locked on launching Pinball FX 3. When trying to open the tables there is a lock visible over the icons for the tables and when clicking on them I get the message: "It seems you can't access online features at the moment. We might be running server maintenance or you have disconnected from the internet." I am definitely connected to the internet and Steam itself seems to be working. Have I just wasted $25? I definitely completed the purchase as there is a transaction in Steam and they are in my Steam library. How do I access these tables?
