I've tried playing this through both Epic Games and Steam. Both of them launch with a black screen. I can hear music fine. If I hit my windows key or alt + tab I can see everything fine but as soon as you go back to the game it's back to nothing but black. I can't find any info anywhere on what to do to fix this.

Are you running in cabinet mode? That sound like a problem with screen settings having a blank dmd or backglass displayed over another screen. -
