Xbox Achievement Not Unlocking

Hi all,

I have been trying to unlock the achievement "Eternal Life" on the Pinball FX3 board "Indiana Jones: The Pinball Adventure", PC.
I have completed the requirements a few times now, but it hasn't unlocked.

Not quite sure what is going on.

In doing some testing, this is what I have noticed:

• I completed the requirements again, and can see the achievement is provided in game:

• No Xbox achievement unlocked.
• I closed the game, opened it again, and can see the in game achievement has gone missing:

Could this be part of the problem?

I also have tried uninstalling the game, re-installing the game, unlinking my account and re-linking it, all while completing the requirements for the achievement.

To the issue I posted above, these do not exist in the Xbox console version. It seems to be PC only related.
