3rd request for a cabinet code

I have made 2 requests for a cabinet code via the game and have received no response.
How do I get a cabinet code so I can start testing my home setup if that way doesn't work???

I have read people have had an issue with that way and had to send an email to get it done. Then they usually ask for a picture of your cabinet.

So, do I just send the email to the SUPPORT email address???

Yeah try that and maybe attach a picture of your cabinet. They usually come back asking for it.
