Table FX3 Table Imports!

Still unable to import PFX2 Core Pack, Zen Classics, Paranormal, Earth Defense, Excalibur, etc. from the 360...

I noticed those who don't import are the older purchases that don't figure to Microsoft's purchase history any more (because they were made more than 4 years ago) :

only Walking Dead, Portal, recent Marvel and Star Wars tables and packs, Castle Storm & Wild West, will import.

I have just bought marvel avengers pack on 360 and it will not import to xbox 1 fx2 so I see what you mean now. I get an unable to purchase message when I click to buy in fx2 on xbox1. Is there anyway around this?

Zen Studios, please provide some clarity regarding table purchases and import issues - for my part I'm particularly keen to import tables I bought for the Windows store Pinball FX2. Your long silence about the many issues in purchasing and importing tables is quite aggravating.

Yes or tell us this is ok we just have to buy it again and then we get a refund. Honestly this is disappointing. If you add the exclusive portrait mode on the Steam version, i'm going to really regret buying the One...

That's a very interesting observation! We will look at this side of the coin too.
I can assure everyone that we are working on the import option everyday to finally reach the 100% functionality as we wish to from the beginning.

We experienced some technical difficulties with the Xbox 360 import function but we are working on it too!

I did write an e-mail to Mc Lovin then Bobby, waiting for a satisfying solution. I thought I could just get codes or buy the packs then get a refund.

Those packs are concerned :
Zen Originals, Sci-Fi Pack, Collection Origine, Marvel Packs 1 and 2... I had all of those tables on 360, but the game won't "see" them !! No matter what I do...

They appear in 360 downlaod history in the web browser though, but when I click on "download to 360", it has no repercussion onto the One whatsoever.

The billing history only brings back to october 2013, and I'm pretty sure the problems occur for everything that was purchased before. I purchased everything the releasing day or short after, then I purchased almost everything again on Steam. I had been encouraging Zsolt ever since the first PinballFX. Look, I'm on the forum since September 2010...

On the Steam front, I had the issue with missing tables again on Steam this weekend, for the first time in quite a while. This was the issue where the DLC packs that don't show on the FX3 Steam page as being owned do not show up in game as being owned, even though they were purchased as individual tables on FX2. Restarting the game solves the problem, but this shouldn't still be happening. It seems like you are re-doing the "import"every time, but not actually saving the results to our account's FX3 DLC records.

I suspect the easiest way to fix it is to get Steam to update everyone's FX3 DLC collection so that they "own" the DLC in FX3, and stop relying on doing a check against the FX2 records every time. That would also mean that the DLC would list properly on the FX3 Steam page.

About the Xbox 360 import, we are aware of this issue and we are working on the solution but it's a brand new glitch and it needs an investigation.

Add another person with win 10 import errors, all originally xbox 360 fx2 purchases, I don't have an xbox one

The import tool has not worked for me at any stage, always the: "An error occurred while downloading. Please try again later." message.

Through persistence & work-arounds involving the xbox app & windows store, props to this poster for the help (ignore the fact it is a steam url, I'm not using fx3 on steam, nor is the poster, it's just where I found the work around for xbox360 > win 10 import) http://steamcommunity.com/app/442120...86297697904206

Aliens vs pinball, portal, & walking dead imported fine using the work-arounds.

I have from fx3 on windows successfully purchased the universal, bethesda & fox packs.

All my zen tables have now imported, thank you, & unlike the others, actually with the import tool, only time it has even come close to looking like it might work, it also imported "some" of the marvel tables I was missing, but I still am missing 7 of them.

Now when I try to import them, I am getting the message that there are no tables to import.

I would like to buy antman, but am unable to since it is now only available as part of a pack, & I already own the other tables in the pack.

I would also like to buy the only other 2 marvel tables I don't yet own (women of power), indications are that it will work, I can proceed to the final step without issue, but with all these problems, I don't yet have the confidence to follow through.

I would also like to buy the only other 4 tables I don't already own:

Star Wars Unsung Heroes: When clicking to purchase get error message "Unknown error, please try again", I don't own either table in the pack, I have tried numerous times over the last week, no luck.

Star Wars Force Awakens: Indications are that it will work, I can proceed to the final step without issue, but with all these problems, I don't have the confidence to follow through.

Today the game imported the last of the tables I had purchased previously, & I also have successfully purchased the others mentioned above, finally I have 68/68, so thank you for sorting it out, appreciated.

My only comment now is about the lack of helpful posts in this thread by zen up until the 21st of november, despite it being the specific purpose sticky thread they wanted us to post in, I feel that was a little inappropriate and disrespectful.

My email to support was not read properly the first time, well, the completely incorrect reply has me questioning if it was even read at all, upon reiterating the same points I sent the first time, the 2nd reply did at least indicate understanding of the issue, even if it did just conclude that it was microsofts issue and I just had to wait, shame that was not posted here where it would have also helped others that were confused, frustrated and waiting.

But all good now, thank you once again, I go to play fx3 until my vr headset comes at xmas & In can install fx2 vr

Problems importing tables from Xbox 360 to Windows 10

I purchased multiple tables back on the XBox 360. Some of these will import to Pinball FX3 on Windows 10 but the majority of them wont. I don't have an XBox One so I've never tried to import them to the games on that system.

I started off on the Switch version, was curious since I bought the Portal map, does that mean I can play this on another system? (for some reason, lol)

Does it work the other way if I decide to play some other FX tables elsewhere and they release on the Switch? Basically, do I have to buy tables multiple times or not? xD
