Table FX3 Table Imports!

  • I have the following 360 tables stuck in limbo.

    1) Epic quest on 360. i do not have an xbox one, and ndo not have fx2 for windows 10.
    2) vengeance and virtue on x360. same
    3) ms Explosion man. I cannot own this fo rPC ever now, because i didn't down windows 10 fx2 before it was delisted.
    4) mars free windows 8, though it seems it's been CHANGED from free to ad supported. or were the free tablse ad supported all along? Currently win 8 pfx2 has all zen and marvel tables as ad supported free, with option to buy, and star wars not ad supported.

    I'm not expecting mars, because it was free and replaced with free sorcerer's lair,, and expect that because it doesnt' exist for fx3, i'm screwed and can no longer get Ms. Splosion man for fx2 windows 10, but i should be entitled to play Epic Quest, Moon knight, ghost rider, Thor, and X-Men in fx3 windows 10 version.

    I have no way to flag myself as owning xbone fx2, and MS won't do it.

    Am i screwed?!?!

    gamertag zaphod77, and it's clearly obvious that i own those tables.

    EDIT: okay finally talked MS into fixing it. i had to screenshot the xbox marketplace pages to prove to them i owned the tables. the issue is that if they were bought with MS points, they do not show on your purchase history. the points themselves do show but not what you spent them on. so i couldn't get proof of purchase, even though i owned them. i begged and pleaded and they credited my account and bought the tables for me for fx3 windows 10, because i proved that i was entitled to have them free for fx3.

    This is only an issue if you do not own fx2 for xbox one (which was me). if you do own it just try to buy the 360 tables in that, then they restore fine.

    • Am I able to import my tables/scores from my PS3 to my brand new Nintendo Switch? I have purchased almost all the tables. If not, can you let me know what the least expensive way to purchase them all back would be? Is there any way that my high scores can be imported across platforms as well? I'm very excited to play FX3! - Sean "the storm" Grant

      • no, you cannot switch across companies.

        here is what works.

        sony to sony works (zp and zp2 to ps4 fx3)
        ms to ms works (this includes native windows 10 version)
        steam to steam (steam fx2 to fx 3)

        • I don't own an Xbox One yet and only have a Mac with Zen Pinball 2. When I saw that I had to play the game and restore my table on FX3 on XBox one if I want to keep them in future, I arranged with a friend of mine to use his Xbox One. It only took a half and hour or so for me to log, download the game and restore my purchases. You can probably still do it... my motivation at that stage was that they gave the Carnival etc. tables for free for a short while.

            No problem! Just bought all of the tables on the switch. Happy to support Zen! I hope one day I can meet the designers and help to design a game with them! I am a world champion pinball player, with over 25 years of tournament experience!

              Welcome and nice to have you around! I'm sure I'm not just speaking for myself as a FX2 / 3 veteran, but it is exciting to have players with vast amounts of real life experience around. I really hope Zen makes a plan to meet with you or at least to get your input on Williams / Bally tables (before they are released) so that they can be as close to the real thing as possible. Please pass any tips you have on playing these super fast (for real life noobs) tables

              • Come on guys! Is anyone there? The lack of response is pretty ridiculous. I sent an email to support last Wednesday and have yet to hear a reply, others have also said there is no one manning the support email. My xbox gamertag is 'downrazor'.

                Some of my tables have been properly imported to my xbox one, the problem is that others don't import and are missing. I have done the other steps highlighted in the thread (uninstall, restart, reinstall, import, find page on microsoft store and try to download from that) and none of them have restored the missing tables. Here is what I am missing:

                Zen:
                Paranormal
                Earth Defense
                Secrets of the Deep
                Pasha
                Rome
                Biolab
                Epic Quest

                Marvel:
                Blade
                Wolverine (awesome that it is the multiplayer table this week and I can't use it)
                Iron Man
                Spiderman
                Guardians of the Galaxy

                I am also missing 'Plants vs Zombies' but I realize that this won't be offered on FX3.

                  Can someone please address this issue? It is very shady for a company to keep producing content but never provide customer support. I realize it is ONLY $25 or so but it really gets under my skin that there is no response to any of the emails sent or anything recent in either of the two threads I posted a reply in..

                  How would you like to be treated?

                    • Yeah, I read this thread, then sent an email to [email protected] on October 17th. After waiting until Tuesday of the following week I started a thread and after getting no response there I copied the content to this thread. I would kind of understand if they would just say "hey, you bought those before they were combined under a new bundle AND you never played them on the xbox one when FX2 was available, so there is no way for us to reinstate them", but I don't even get that!

                      I have copies of the receipts from microsoft that list them as the items, and two of the bundles are identical as far as content goes (marvel one with wolverine, and their core pack), so in my mind I should at least be entitled to those. The others have been combined into packs so I know that is more difficult to work out.. But 'no response' makes me want to just swear off the company, there are many other games out there for me to spend my money on and I had no problem stepping away from FX2 for a year and a half..

                            Try sending them another email. It's possible that your previous email got lost in the system.

                            Alternatively, you could send McLovin a private message. I saw him active on the forum yesterday..

                                No can do, the system says McLovin's private message box is full.. This is approaching absurdity.. I sent the PM to 'Chili' instead but who knows what to expect at this point..
