I play Pinball FX3 from my German PSN-Account. On PS4 all my Highscores are much to high (for example 7.559.255.789.128.900.608), all upgrades and challenge stars are lost. Not my level (Level 22).
Magicianpoints and Superpoints are much to high, masterprizes are lost. Only trophys are not gone.
Also i still cant import Ant-Man table (67/68).
Can you restore all this or must i restart all again?
yes this is a pretty annoying issue we have hopefully fixed on Steam since. We are hoping to roll out a patch to the other platforms too. Those have an approval process, so it takes more time.
Did the patch came out on Xbox yet?
I lost my lvl 14 yesterday. Got up to lvl 4 again. Thought the issue was solved. Now I start att lvl 1 again. When are we able to continue levelling again?
So when you say that you are patching it, does that mean that the patch will restore our lost progress? Or is that gone forever and that patch will hopefully stop it from happening again?
I can only guess that in order for them to do that Zen would have to reset the boards and restore data to all systems to yesterday to the before patch, assuming they can get the 121 gigawatts of power needed to get the delorean to a speed of 88 mph, and then do so with all the confidence in the world that the new patch will actually restore functionality to the xbox community, which was the only one that was impacted and then do that knowing if Marty runs into his prior self it could potentially create a time paradox wherein Biff Tannen comes to our present, and using his book of athletic outcomes, convince Conor Mcgregor that he will lose against Floyd Money Mayweather, wherein he wages his entire purse against himself through various shady, underhanded characters that movies rarely delve into, because they are plot holes and destroy the movie. I digress. Anyway, as I was about to say this economic disaster would certainly hurt Vegas, but for the purposes of this fictional story, potentially spin wallstreet into a spiraling decline with 1%'rs shaking their fists in the air. I take that back, fist..............You rarely see them shaking both fists in the air, that just looks stupid. Anyway, good luck on getting your data back. I mean that in all sincerity, and I feel you bro, and only wrote this cause it seemed funny to me, but, unless you got a Dr. Emmett Brown Delorean, it probably aint gonna happen.

Yes, it is annoying. For months to see "Pinball FX3 is coming...it's great. It's still months away but Sept 26 be ready cause it's great and it's coming" and then this happens... I have to say from this day forward any piece of advertising I see from Zen Studios is going to rub me the wrong way. Don't hype and then do this.
I have a simple question....Why did this happen? Did they make an update and not even test it ONE time? It's not like this is something that happens deep in the game or happens every now and then. It happens right as you start the game and every time. In my case it isn't like it's on a PC that could have millions of different configurations. It's on the XB1 which is like every other XB1. I'm guessing they have at least one XB1 there at the studio so they could have tested it. I know nothing about programing, but this, this really makes me wonder....was it even tested ONE time before they released the update???

Same here. Everything was smooth on day one but today all my progress was lost and tables have become unplayable because of laggy XP notifications. Hope this is fixed posthaste.
I'm going to FX3 this morning and i'm seeing that all XP, lvl (16 I think) so back to lvl 1, improvements were reset during the night. Only my scores are still there.
Same here along with now every time I try and log on to the game it ask me to link my account and then I have to redo all my settings.
Yes there was a small update last night, when I started the game my profile was flagged as corrupt and reset to level 1.
No great loss at this early stage, hopefully it won't happen again in 6 months time
A small update lol, It has really messed things up, I can't play any tables due to the freezing delay. The ball just stops and reappears a couple of seconds later elsewhere. Not good, lets hope they sort it reasonably quickly.

Same here, views and dot matrix colour reset also and the table video is freezing momentarily during play as the ball appears in a different location when it starts again.
