Xbox One - Notifications popping over the flipper area

This was initially an issue in FX2 as well, until you guys patched it. I'm surprised FX3 was released with this oversight, but hopefully it can also be patched so that the notifications pop at the top of the screen instead of the bottom, so they don't pop over the flipper area.
