  • Game crashes on Windows 10 whenever I reach a Level 10 Upgrade

My game crashes on Windows 10 whenever I reach a Level 10 Upgrade.
Is there a solution for this? It also prevents the achievement for a max upgrade from unlocking.
I tried with 5 different level 10 upgrades and it crashed my game all 5 times.

In the past hour, I also tried resetting my progress.
I did this via disconnecting the internet during the loading screen and starting a new cloud save from level 0.
Prior to doing this I uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
I've encountered the same issue on a fresh restart.

Same thing happened to me on Windows 10. At first I thought it was just a random crash but I guess not. I was worried the "Level cap reached" achievement wasn't going to pop but it did register. Not sure about the achievement you're talking about. I lost all my progress on my tables today and I am not really excited about starting over until that bug is fixed.

Thanks for the suggestion but that didn't solve the problem, still crashing.

          Hello,

the fix should be out now for Xbox One and Win10 as well. This was an issue where your profile save got too big and the game couldn't handle it. (With all the level info, customization options etc all saved) Now we've issued a fix that will prevent this from happening again.

The crashing after Level 10 is still happening to me as of 10:00 AM Pacific and my game is up to date on the Windows Store.

Okay, I'll have that looked at. The just minimizes, or is there an error message displayed?

Freezes and then the game crashes to the desktop.

This is still happening for me in windows 10. Crashes every time I level up an upgrade to level 10 on any table, which sucks because it usually means I've got a good game going, only to have the crash erase all progress, score, experience, etc. From the dates on these earlier posts, Zen has known about this for a month now. Why has there been no fix? Game really not worth playing with this bug.

Add me to the list of those affected by this issue. I can provide a DXDiag by mail if it helps.

The Test department managed to reproduce the issue since, and all the data are now at the devs. Hopefully, they can fix it now and put it in an upcoming update.
