Can we have an option to disable the inputting of initials for the local high scores? I preferred it before without it. Now, with the local scores box appearing at the end of games, it ruins the flow slightly.

I just don't like how it's done. I want to input my 3 letters through a pinball display with an animation and not through the standard PS4 input screen. it's ugly.https://www.arnauddeklerk.com <- Find out more about me!

Agreed. I loved the way it was done previously on the dot matrix display. Would love to have it back. Feels like a small part of the authentic pinball experience has been removed.Comment

Pick a table, pick the normal play option, highlight a mode (normal, classic, hotsteat) then use the right stick to change which scores are displayed on the right. Not entirely sure what the controls would be for a keyboard though.Comment

It's only recently the changed it - the dot matrix 3 letters felt authentic. Now it's immersion breaking, time consuming, off putting and kinda annoying. No idea why they changed it in the first place to be honest.
Like others have said if it remains this way I want an option to just outright disable it.Comment

This is ball 1 with two extra balls waiting. And at completion of tournament I get the same points as the guy who spent 5 minutes just thumping randomly on his flippers. They have turned a game that used to reward you for your skill into a game for kindergartners with all getting the same participation award no matter your skill. It makes you just try and beat your rival by as few points necessary and move on to the next tournament and not like I used to like and destroy them.Attached FilesAccomplishments in real life

Mind you. I dont participate in the lame ass tournaments that use wizard powers, which I find highly offensive in pinball. Cause what would be the point? I can already beat most normally, If I used the rewind I could play for hours on end and for what? 25 points, the same as the guy who comes in last.Accomplishments in real life

I've always wished they would let us enter our initials once and then default to that from then on when we're in a single player game. In FX2 it was annoying to have to scroll through the letter list slowly, so I always put in AAA. Now it's a little easier, but I'm still not wanting to take the time to enter 3 letters after every game. Would be awesome if it would remember me.
Maybe for those who often play with local friends, it could remember the last 5-10 names entered and offer them in a selection list, or allow you to enter a new set of initials.Comment
