This one is weird - it says to "earn 1,000,000,000 combined points on all the tables" but on Xbox it says over 80% of people have earned this achievement. My highest score is around $694,000,000 on Sorcerer's Lair so far and I have high scores on all the tables, so I'm not sure why this hasn't unlocked yet. Is it actually 1,000,000,000 on one table? And if so, I have a hard time believing 80% of pinball players can hit this mark...unless it was unlocked by a glitch or something.

1. Rolled a star wars machine................ie played over 99 levels and rolled it back to level 1.
2. Rolled Nintendo punch out, several times, same quarter.
3. Played an entire game of dragons lair and completed it and won while blindfolded.

Yes, I can confirm it is poorly worded. The actual requirement is a score of at least 1,000,000,000 on one table in one game. Not your combined score over all tables, and not even your combined scores on any one table, but your best score in a single game on a single table. It's pretty daunting to a beginner, but there are some tables that have very high scoring modes.
I recommend "Marvel Women of Power: Champions". This has a "squirrel multi-ball" mode which scores very highly indeed. Get your multi-ball power-up levelled up, as well as your score boost, and you can easily score well over 200,000,000 every time you successfully trigger that mode, and you should be able to do that at least once or twice per ball.
On that table, I scored about 12m on my first try, 944m on my second, and after a few more tries, 1.771b (and popped the achievement). It's a fun table too.
If that's not your thing, Back to the Future is another decent bet. It has three multi-ball modes that can run simultaneously. It's edge-of-the-seat stuff, but very high scoring, especially if you wait until this scenario to trigger your score boost (and have multi-ball power-up on too of course!).
I think my best score on that table is around 850m, but 1bn should be easily reachable. Trust me, I'm no pinball wizard!Comment

"Earn 1,000,000,000 points combined on the tables!"
That wouldn't just be poorly worded, that would be downright misleading and wrong. I think TC's trophy must be glitched, they just haven't quite hit a billion combined, or something. On the PS4 this trophy says it's Ultra Rare with only 4.1% of people having it. Not sure why the disparity between platforms.Last edited by DeadlyPurpose; 10-16-2017, 05:36 PM. I'm pretty sure this is incorrect. I have the trophy and I've never scored a billion points on a table. Also, the trophy description is:
"Earn 1,000,000,000 points combined on the tables!"

The Xbox unlock rate for this achievement is glitched (it shows as 80.22%) but the percentage of TA users with the achievement is just 1.19%. Typically, TA users (avid gamers and achievement hunters as we are) are significantly better at unlocking achievements than the general Xbox population. I suspect the true number of Xbox users with the achievement is something like 0.3-0.5%.
If the PS4 trophy is at 4.1%, I suspect this glitch is unique to Xbox and/or Windows platforms and unlocks as it should on PS4.Comment

I had a >1.000.000.000 score on Rogue One Single Player and the achievement didn´t unlock.

Based on my experiences it is one table and only on Single Player classic.

It seems this achievement is fickle in more ways than one!Comment

On Xbox? I didn't do mine on classic, I used the Women of Power: Champions table with Multi-ball, Bumper Score (I think) and Score Boost power-ups, so definitely didn't have to be classic for me. In fact I've never played that mode.
