Xbox One - Pinball FX3 won't connect to Xen server

The router was the problem. I just found out the firewall settings were a little too aggressive. I backed them off a little and PBFX3 is now connecting.

Additionally, I installed Pinball FX3 on my Windows 10 computer and it's acting exactly the same way. It won't connect to the Zen server.

Can you start single-player games? Do you get a please go online message?

I can only play the table that comes with FX3. When I launch the game, it says "Loading profile" (which seems to work), then "Connecting" which eventually times out and gives me an error message saying "It seems you can't access online features at the moment." It then shows the main menu with Matchup and Leaderboards saying "Not available".

Could I ask for your GamerTag?

You could try unlinking and re-linking your account where you saw the info about your account being linked.

When I try to unlink my account it again displays the message "It seems you can't access online features at the moment." I'm not sure how my account ever got linked in the first place because I've never successfully connected to the server. I also can't import any of my FX2 tables.

I'm not having any other connectivity issues with my Xbox.

I installed Pinball FX3 on my Xbox One a couple weeks ago and have never been able to connect to Zen's server. I received a "can't connect" error while it was trying to link my account the first time I launched the game. However, when I go to settings it shows that my account is linked.

I've tried running the game several times since originally installing it, and not once have I been able to connect to the server. I uninstalled/reinstalled the game - no luck. I received a patch this morning and thought that might fix it, but not so.

I own all the tables in FX2 and would like to be able to play FX3.
