  • Update in Windows Store - What has changed??

    Hi,

    just there was an update for Pinball FX3 in the Windows Store.
    But I can not see what has changed.
    Some packages are always not to buy (there comes a error message).
    And my tables of Pinball FX2 I still can not import into Pinball FX3.
    So what should have changed?
    So slowly I am still annoyed by Zen.
    A game with so many mistakes to bring out .. Here comes the bile up.
    Windows 10 1709 (64bit ), Pinball FX3

    Send an email to Zen's support. They were a little behind over the last couple weeks, but seem to be getting caught up this week with replies, and getting you the tables you bought in FX2 into FX3.

      I am writing for 2 weeks mails with Zen support.
      And nothing happened!

        Hello HeinzDo,

        do you use the same nickname in your emails? Have you received a code for a package yet or something?

        The update contained a fix for a sound issue, and some performance fixes.

          Hi

          In the mails i use my GamerTag (hawitt).

          I have received a code for a package. However, this does not help me, since i had already purchased this package on 28.09.2017 (in the Windows Store). I am then only informed that i already own this package(Pinball FX3 Marvel Pinball: Cinematic Pack).
          Unfortunately, i can not play a table of this package.
