Cant get backglass videos or image to load

I could do with your help.. downloaded and placed in the said folder along with the tables and all are renamed correctly .. start game and nothing ...help

I had the backglass videos working and then must have changed something that has broken it but I dont know what, and now I cannot get them to load. I use a front end Pinballx and thru the game manager I added the backglass video and it shows while browsing in pinball x, but when starting the game it goes to a blank screen on my upper monitor in my cabinet. It also is a blank screen loading right from Pinball FX3 as well.

Any idea how to get them to load?
