Ps4 completely crashed and I have to reinstall ps4 5.01 or higher

Cause I did nothing fn wrong. I got my typical blue screen which is often cause your program sucks. For real its riddled with issues and it blue screens those of us who play it often all the fn time and instead of just waiting through the menus I tried to push the psn button and it froze and fucked up everything and made me have to unplug and that fucked up everything. I dont blame you zen. I dont even blame sony, but im having to start over from ground zero and that sucks cause I was posting good scores and loving your game and now I have to start all over again and it wasnt my fault. I feel kinda raped. Seriously, I paid a lot of money to have your games and now I have to start over at day one................again.

I would be pretty angry if this happened to me as well, but this sounds more like an OS thing then the actual Pinball game. Or a bad sector on your hard drive or something. I'm on Xbox so I can't be of much use. Do you play anything else on the PS4 that you could test for a while to see if it freezes? Is this blue screen of death happening to other PS4 players for this game?

Dude I have like 100 fn games and have to redownload every one of them and then not have anything. I mean they will all be like I never touched them before so Im not really eager to do that. Sorry, Im being a testy little bitch, but it just plain sucks to have to redownload some of these games which are like many of which 60 gigs and I have the slowest internet in the world and when it stops which is often you sometimes have to start over.

I was so very excited when I saw that my XP level had gone up to level 41 and then so very upset when Mc Lovin informed me that It looked like a glitch, but, hey guess what, I'm level 41 and the rest of you are only level 40 or less so suck it bitches.

No, but seriously... it sucks that you've lost your complete progress. I don't know if you have PSN+, but maybe there is a backup of your FX3 in your online backup which you can restore?

So I try to play pinball fx3 like usual and out of nowhere, before I even get to play I get a blue screen about shit not working and blah, blah, blah, like only the 100th since getting pinball fx3. I try and escape it and all the typical sony shit just freezes to the screen and my only option is to actually unplug my ps4. When it finally comes back on I am greeted with only one option which is to reinstall ps4 update 5.01 or higher. I have no other option whatsoever and have to go to sony.com and find and download the pup file and reinstall it which frankly means I have to find a drive in my house that has their fucking weird format that I dont have so I have to completely wipe one of my drives just to reinstall the pup file. I havnt actually done it cause my only two available drives are full of shit I dont want to fucking delete. I am sooooooo fucking pissed right now. My name is Jerry Turner and in the future if your company wishes to have me beta test your product I am good at reporting bugs and understand the risk involved when beta testing a product, but when your product has already met the requirements set forth by Sony I shouldnt get a blue screen almost every time I play and never under any circumstance should it crash my system and require I reinstall a pup file. Never. Im sooooo fn pissed right now.

I'm so sorry that this issue happened to you but I can assure you, this is the very first time we hear about this crash. Did Sony tell you anything useful about this? A corrupted save file in your game could cause this but it's new that a user has to reinstall the whole OS so it looks like it's way above that problem.

Another weird thing I didnt think was possible I currently have two seperate copies of pinball fx3 and all of my games only installed to one version. I was afraid to delete the second version of the game so its just sitting there with its one game in it while my other copy has my 68 and less than 1000 xp.
